I hereby agree that my contract and usage data pertaining to the Telekom Cloud Marketplace products and services used by me are used for general customer support, demand orientated design of the products and services I use, advertising and market research. The data is shared exclusively between T-Systems International GmbH and Telekom Deutschland GmbH.

The consent that I have already given to use one of the aforementioned methods of contact remains effective. My data shall not be used for the above purposes if I withdraw my consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace at apps.telekomcloud.com. My contract data is data that was provided voluntarily to Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH and is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (conclusion, amendment, termination of the contract and invoicing of charges).

My usage data comprises data which is generated when using internet services provided by Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH (usage of websites and content, opening of e-mails, click behavior on the websites telekom.de, geschaeftskunden.telekom.de, apps.telekomcloud.com and associated subdomains), when using products which are marketed as part of the Telekom Cloud Marketplace, as well as data generated during product usage (data and transfer volumes, used licenses, login behavior, product usage).

Telekom Deutschland GmbH and T-Systems International GmbH shall not in this context store or process any communications content created by you in Telekom Cloud Marketplace products.

We will use your phone number exclusively for the following purposes: 1. Service and Booking-related Inquiries: We will contact you by phone to assist you quickly and efficiently with any questions or concerns related to your bookings or our services. 2. Marketing Purposes: With your explicit consent, we will also use your phone number to inform you about news, offers, and other relevant information about our company. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. You can withdraw your consent to the use of your phone number for marketing purposes at any time in the Telekom Cloud Marketplace at apps.telekomcloud.com.
